2. Important Disclaimers
Not Medical or Professional Advice: The information, content, and materials provided through our Services are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to be, and should not be construed as, medical advice, psychological counseling, or a substitute for professional treatment. Our content does not establish a therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship.
No Guarantee of Outcomes: While our Services are designed to provide support and guidance, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes. Every situation involving substance use disorder is unique, and results will vary based on individual circumstances, compliance with recommendations, and many other factors beyond our control.

However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase if you have not substantially accessed the content.
Subscription Services: The Kitchen Table Monthly and other subscription services will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
Trial Periods: If you sign up for a trial offer, you will be automatically charged the regular subscription rate at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
