Consulting

We offer compassionate and professional consulting services for families and organizations concerned about a loved one or employee who may be struggling with mental health, substance use, or behavioral challenges. Our team provides expert guidance to help identify the underlying issues, explore appropriate support options, and create personalized plans that promote safety, healing, and long-term wellness. Whether you’re navigating a crisis or seeking early intervention, we work closely with you to develop effective strategies, connect with trusted resources, and support informed, respectful decision-making throughout the process.

Intervention

An intervention occurs when a group gathers to encourage a loved one to seek help for substance use disorder (SUD). These moments are often fueled by fear, sadness, and frustration—emotions that can make it difficult to communicate effectively.
At Recovery Care Partner (RCP), we approach interventions not as confrontations but as structured acts of love. Grounded in love and compassion combined with clarity and firmness, our process is carefully choreographed to create clarity and offer hope. We believe love — not pressure or fear — is the most powerful force for change.

Recovery Care Partner intervention and addiction recovery services are guaranteed to be loving and compassionate. We are clear, firm, and professional because the life-threatening circumstances of alcoholism/addiction require it. We will never resort to the bullying and dramatics that some publicized interventions portray.
Our commitment is to reduce the emotional and financial strain families often face from repeated treatment attempts. To support this, every RCP intervention includes:
- Intentional preparation: We guide the family through a structured planning process, helping each participant speak from a place of love and honesty. This increases the chances the identified patient (IP) will accept help.
- Tailored recommendations: We recommend the most appropriate type and level of care to support long-term recovery, not just crisis stabilization.
- One year of follow-up: Our work continues post-intervention. We provide families with guidance, resources, and ongoing support to foster healing for all involved.
Unlike sensationalized media portrayals, our interventions are never aggressive or manipulative. We offer a safe, respectful space where the IP can hear the truth and be met with compassion and actionable support.
Our process is simple: love, structure, and the unwavering belief that recovery is possible.
Recovery Care Monitoring
The Recovery Care Monitoring (RCM) program offers the same level of support traditionally available only to licensed professionals.
Our approach is based on research by addiction expert Dr. Robert DuPont, which shows that combining a community-based recovery program, random screenings, and an accountability structure leads to long-term, sustainable recovery.
RCM is a post-treatment program that guides individuals and their support networks through the challenges of significant lifestyle changes. For those with Substance Use Disorder, the primary transformation is clear: moving from a substance-driven life to one of health. While simple in concept, this transition is far from easy.
Recovery often requires practical changes, such as moving or finding new employment, alongside more profound adjustments—breaking old habits, forming healthier social connections, adopting new coping mechanisms, taking on more responsibility, and setting clear boundaries. Over time, making amends helps rebuild trust.
Research shows that individuals achieve the best outcomes with at least 84 days of post-treatment support. We provide this support in 28-day increments to ensure long-term success.
All tiers run in 28-day cycles and include an initial contracting meeting, Case Management (single point of contact for all service providers), and text support

Case Management
Case Management serves as an objective and supportive presence for individuals in early recovery, helping them stay accountable to the commitments they’ve made in their journey toward sobriety.
There are two primary scenarios in which case management provides significant value:
- Post-Treatment Support For individuals transitioning from a primary treatment program, case management focuses on reinforcing treatment goals, promoting accountability, and maintaining engagement in recovery. The case manager also acts as the central point of contact among all providers involved in the client’s care, ensuring consistent communication and coordinated services. This approach enhances continuity of care, reduces the risk of relapse, and fosters long-term stability.
- Initiating Recovery For individuals beginning their recovery without prior treatment, case management helps establish a solid foundation. Working collaboratively with the client, a personalized accountability structure is developed. This may include referrals to therapists, random drug and alcohol screening, assistance with attending community-based recovery meetings, and other supportive services designed to initiate and sustain recovery efforts.

Individual Therapy
Working with an individual therapist offers significant benefits for a person in recovery from substance use disorder. Therapy provides a confidential, nonjudgmental space to explore the underlying emotional, psychological, and behavioral patterns that contributed to their substance use. A skilled therapist can help individuals process trauma, manage co-occurring mental health conditions like anxiety or depression, and develop healthier coping strategies. Regular one-on-one sessions also support accountability and self-awareness, helping individuals navigate triggers, relationships, and life transitions with greater resilience. Ultimately, therapy fosters emotional healing and personal growth, reinforcing the foundation for long-term recovery.
RCP utilizes two testing protocols.
Soberlink is a discreet alcohol monitoring device that uses facial recognition and a breathalyzer to confirm sobriety in real time. It supports recovery plans by sending results securely to chosen contacts for added accountability and trust.
U-VERIFY™ Testing is a fully remote urine drug testing service that utilizes DNA-verification technology to ensure the urine belongs to the donor without unpleasant and invasive human observed urine collection. It allows our clients to complete urine drug testing from home, work, or vacation with convenience, dignity, and privacy whilst providing accurate, legally defensible results to families and care teams—ideal for recovery programs, legal cases, and family monitoring.
The fee for sober transport is typically determined by several factors, including the distance and duration of travel, the complexity of the individual’s needs, and whether overnight accommodations or extended support are required. Some transports are billed at an hourly rate for local travel, while longer or out-of-state trips may involve flat daily or trip-based rates that account for time, travel expenses, and lodging if necessary.
Sober Companion

Sober companion work involves providing one-on-one support to individuals in early recovery from substance use disorder. Our sober companions accompany and support clients during high-risk periods, such as immediately following treatment or during transitions back to daily life. Their role is to help the client maintain sobriety by offering structure, accountability, and real-time guidance, often living with or spending extended hours with the client. Sober companions model healthy behavior, assist with daily routines, encourage participation in recovery activities, and help the individual navigate triggers and stressors. The goal is to create a stable environment that fosters long-term recovery, offering both emotional support and practical tools to reduce the risk of relapse.
